POOR - VERY BAD SERVICE

Poor Service. They collected 2 packages from my supplier without a delivery address or contact details. The Courier Guy then "lost" / "misplaced" the one parcel so it is stuck in JHB while the other package was send to Mpumalanga to their warehouse. I have been following up on my parcel for 4 days now....still NO deliver still NO contact to let me know that 1 parcel is at the warehouse and they dont deliver till they get the other parcel to Mpumalanga. I called and the operator asks me "Can I deliver your parcel"...Hallo Excuse me... are you not a door to door courier service?? In the interim I have livid customers not receiving their parts :( for what they paid for. So now we look like the company with poor service when it is THE COURIER GUY
