POOR TO NO SUPPORT

READ THIS BEFORE USING THEIR SERVICE.

When Pudo works, it works. But the minute you need some support, be prepared to pull your hair out. They have a WhatsApp support line, but you will have to wait literally hours to get a response. By the time you get some help, your locker or pin would have expired, and you'd be left even more frustrated. When you eventually do get a response, it will probably be unrelated to your issue (as if they didn't even read your query). You would have to explain about 2-3 times what the problem is. By this time, you would vow not use PUDO ever again.

Similarly, if you open a ticket, the agent who eventually picks it up, will make you question how they even got the job in the first place.

If you try opening a chat via The Courier Guy website, they will take forever to respond, and you will eventually get ignored.

Keep your fingers crossed when making use of their service because should something go wrong, you'd consider handing them your 2-year old toddler to show them how it's done.

I really hope this review reaches their complaints department, if they even have one.
