Poor services of The Courier Guy, lack of communication

Ordered item from bidorbuy on 10 January 2022, courier service used by supplier Razorbill Goods was The Courier Guy, they furnished tracking number VFT4H, on 13 January 2022 the tracking information was: "Returned to hub , KLK Receiver is not at the delivery address". There was always somebody at the delivery address, no truck arrived at all at, therefore this remark is completely untrue. The supplier and myself contacted The Courier Guy with no response to when the package will be delivered. There is also no movement or further reports since 13 January 2022 on their tracking record. I suggest that suppliers of items to be purchased on line start to think about a more reliable courier service, otherwise your good name may be also be linked to bad services provided to customers.
