Poor service....do not use them

Worst experience ever. They never told me I need to pay something to receive my package. When I phoned them regarding my package, they told me there is an amount to pay. I paid it with an immediate payment (which cost me extra). The lady said that I will receive my package today as there is a delivery between14h00 and 17h00. As the call was at 12h00. I phoned them after 14h00 and they tell me the only found my 1 package (which is together with the other 1) now.... WHAT?? and it will be delivered today as the guy already went out for delivery....VERY POOR SERVICE!!! Will not recommend them to anyone...EMPTY PROMISES as I already made arrangements
