POOR SERVICE THE KOERIER GUY PUDO SERVICES

The service of the Pudo department is Poor. I deposited a parcel 27 June. Monday 1 July, we received mail notifying me the delivery person is new. (what does that matter to the client in the first place?) If we don't respond to the mail the parcel will be returned to me the sender. I responded on the mail, i phoned PUDO services. Everyone i spoke to say the parcel will be delivered today before 17h00. Nothing has been delivered up till today 4 July. Phoning the Bethlehem kiosk is useless as they do not answer phones. I phoned and requested to speak to a manager but that is not a privilege that was granted. One lady ( i will not mention her name) she appeared very arrogant by telling me that they are still in their time to deliver, after that she keep on resending my mails with no communications repeatedly. If this was the first incident i could still Bair with it but this happens with any package i send. I have to phone and keep on fighting to get the parcels delivered. Northen cape is also on the list of poor services.
