POOR SERVICE THE COURIER Guy Cape Town and Johannesburg

WORST SERVICE EVER!! Unreliable, I booked overnight service 4 days ago and still the parcel was not picked up. Using lame excuses for their poor service. You can't even complain about the service because nobody does anything to assist you.. I am loosing customers because of this company and have complained several times bust still nobody cares..
