Poor Service/****** parcel Pudo/TheCourier/Guy

Sent a extra large parcel from St Helena to Port Elizabeth. It was place in the locker at Spar St Helena on 16 December for delivery to the Pudo station at Sasol in Buffelsfontein road No notification (pin code) although tracker showed box was delivered. Contacted TheCourierGuy who told me it was in the locker and i was to collect it before 11h00 otherwise parcel will be returned. I rushed to the locker with the pin code given to me, which was not accepted. Phoned them to advise them of the incorrect code just to be told my parcel was already collected. Impossible i told Cary-Lee. She then checked on the system and told me she can see the parcel in the locker. The parcel she saw was a small parcel , which was not mine. This all happened on the 23rd December. She promised to investigate and come back to me. To date no response Later that day i got a notification from Pudo Bellville that if i do not collect my parcel that day it would be returned So how now???? I requested them to deliver it to my house in Port Elizabeth as they stuffed up. Well still no response My families xmas presents are in the parcel Where do i go from here????
