Poor service - overnight parcel disappeared

I use to be a BIG Courier guy fan. Always suggested them if anybody is looking for a Courier service. But after today I will not be using them again. Booked a parcel in at the Kiosk in Cape rd Port Elizabeth to go to East London Overnight. Paid the R309. charge. Today the parcel is nowhere to be found. As per Head office it is on route, and according to the EL branch parcel is in PE. This was a urgent order for a conference in EL today and now no shirts have arrived. And the client will now not pay me the courier fee.... I don't blame him...as I paid for overnight and the parcel is just missing. This is not on Courier Guy. My client followed up with the EL branch and he said staff are extremely rude.
