Poor service on pudo whats up and RUDE call centre agents

Dear Pudo.

You are supply the worst service ever and there is NEVER a manager to call a person or whom you can speak to when you call, you have the rudest call center agents, will be putting the voice notes onto facebook for everyone to listen to how little manner your staff has.

You loose a parcel and make it my problem now, it take you nearly 48 hours to up date the system to be able to track the parcel.

I have warned you that I will be taking to social media due to the poor service
