Poor service of The Courier Guy

I'am very disappointed with The Courier guy service. I will no longer trust them. I have created shipment JTWSJW on their online platform, i paid and received confirmation on the 9th April 2025. They estimated to collect the parcel on the 10th of April 2025. Today is the 16th April which makes the full week without my parcel being collected. When i call they don't even apologize but ask if i wanna cancel the shipment. So painful. I do not recommend them anymore. They failed me. I wish if they didn't estimate to collect on the 10th because i was gonna find alternative ways of shipping. They **** and failed me.
