Poor service of The Courier Guy.

I ordered parts from Durban and The Courier Guy collect it since parcels from Durban to Kokstad always comes overnight. Firstly they left the one box in Durban, not bothering to call me. Then they sent the parcel that stayed behind to Capetown. When I called the managers at Durban and in Capetown I was just told they will send it back and I can expect it on the Wednesday. When I told them its unacceptable they just said they are still in the deliviry time zone and they cant do anything. Poor service to put it lightly, atleast EPX and Laser will send it back overnight. VERY POOR service The Courier Guy.
