POOR SERVICE!!! Not at all customer orientated!

Poor Service!!! This company was scheduled to collect an item bought online, not by me, but by the store i bought from. they sent me the three attempts to phone me to obtain an address (Truecaller never showed The Courier Guy, it showed spam!). after the third time they contacted the store to obtain my address, which they got. on their 4th attempt they came to my office, finding it closed as it was after hours, they then cancelled the collection. i asked the lady Erica, please show me proof that you returned during office hours, as it is a business operating office hours, and she confirmed that there was none. she rep**** with i do apologize for the inconvenience caused. i have been trying to get this item returned for 7 MONTHS! they give up after finding the business closed! pathetic to say the least!
