Poor service- non delivery

I sent my parcel from JHB to Tzaneen on Monday, my parcel was kept at the Depo until today, i tried to follow up with them this morning and i was told to tell my family to go to the depo to collect but i paid for for my parcell to be delivered at a residential address, this i so annoying since this is not the first incident to happen, please dont use their services because they dont keep their promise, they dont deliver, their drivers always have excuses for not delivering, they just dont care
