Poor service, no accountabilty

I purchased items privately and had it shipped bia the courier guy, my package and items incurred water damaged during transit and my items were just "Repackaged" into a new box. The Courier guy holds no accountability whatsoever, customer services lacks empathy.

As a TCG customer myself, I will think twice before using their service again!
