Poor Service Levels

Tracking Number-WGJNCS My package was delivered to the incorrect address.No security code requested from the receiver, nor did the driver even call the receiver.He simply dumped the package at a guest house.The guest house then called the receiver to say that they had received his package.This is suppose to be my courier partner,but they deliver incorrectlly.They do not use the security measures that are in place.They simply dump a R3000 handbag delivery at any address!
