Poor service from the Office people and drivers

I have a parcell from Welkom Free State for overnigth to be delivered to Mooinooi North West in 2-3 days , as it goes my parcel have been in Mooinooi twice but the driver from rustenburg cant do his job and keep on returning my parcel to the depot now 5 days after more than 20 calls I had to speak to the Area manager who promised me delivery tomorrow. Let me wait and see
