Poor service from The Courier Guy/PUDO BFN

The Courier has a bad reputation in Bloemfontein unfortunately, their PUDO service is also affected this poor service delivery.

I contacted them regarding a package and it is still laying in the locker after 4 days. No data has been communicated.

No transparency. The call centre reports that it is booked for collection but on my pudo app it says in transit
