Poor service from The Courier Guy and PUDO

Customer complaint I logged a parcel at Pudo on 20th December 2022 for delivery to Pudo in St Helena Bay The box well packed [in fact stacked with gifts and a bottle of Jameson whisky as well as lots of supporting news paper] Also a BIG Note that said "Fragile" Received an email on 29th December to tell me that the bottle broke after being properly packed. They now tell me that the box was not annotated "Fragile", which is a lie If they had taken better care this would not have happened I think this is POOR service and think people should re-consider using The Courier Guy and PUDO
