Poor Service from The Courier Guy

On Monday 13 March 2023, 06:26am, I receive an SMS from courier guy that my parcel is on the way and a pin has been sent to me. Today is 16 March 2023 11:17am and I am still to receive my package. I contacted the first consultant and upon searching she hangs up on me. I contacted another consultant and she advises me that they will try and deliver. I do not recommend you use Courier Guy for your businesses or personal deliveries. Their service is not even worth mentioning. Unprofessional and no care in the world
