Poor Service from The Courier Guy

I sent a parcel from Centurion to Bloemfontein overnight yesterday but someone routed it to the Welkom branch, that does not deliver to Bloemfontein, so it was indicated as out for delivery this morning and now a perishable parcel is being sent back to Johannesburg to go out to Bloemfontein AGAIN tomorrow. Hopefully by the time the parcels gets to Bloemfontein it won't be spoiled otherwise I just wasted R500!!! Really the worse service I've had in a long time!
