POOR SERVICE FROM THE COURIER GUY

Parcel was handed in at The Courier Guy branch Wellington on 13 December 2021 to be couriered to Kraaifontein. Nearly a week still no delivery. Spoke to Rasmieda at the Cape Town branch still waiting for her to call me back. John from the Cape Town branch phoned on Friday 17 December 2021 at 17.17 and confirmed actually promised parcel will be delivered on Saturday 18 December 2021. PARCEL STILL NOT DELIVERED. Nobody return calls or assist.
