POOR SERVICE FROM THE COURIER GUY

the courier guy suspended our account because we claimed for damages to our parcels! It's a risk for us doing business with them. We are experiencing a major loss now in our business because our parcels are not being collected!!! Stephen Gleisner is responsible for this, he is not even taking our calls they even lack communication!!!! #sad to say how they handle complaints
