POOR SERVICE FROM THE COURIER GUY

Pathetic service from such a big company. My parcel was out for delivery on Thursday 16 April 2025. The delivery driver called me at 9:47am that i must wait for him at the gate. He later called me and said he forgot. Called again 13:49 that he was on his way. The whole day i spend receiving calls that he was on his way but he never made it. He later returned the parcel to the deport without notifying me. On calling the deport the next day morning i was shocked to be told that i will get my parcel after Easter. That was very unexpected of from such a big company. The reason we used them was we thought they will be faster. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND OR USE COURIER GUY AGAIN.
