Poor service from Swellemdam branch

Dealing with the Swellendam branch is becoming a right pain, your package makes it to the shop then the shop doesn't deliver, although I can see them driving past my house, and your package gets returned to Cape Town main hub Happend to the last 3 packages and plenty before that
