Poor service from Pudo

I made a mistake and reversed the addresses of the Pudo lockers. I did not deposit (in fact I couldn't). I contacted Pudo, asking if it was possible to cancel, correct, and redo the order, using existing funds. Their answer, sorry, your fault, we are not prepared to do anything about that.
