Poor Service & *****!

Terrible service! They make you pay upfront "on account" so they can take your money for services not provided! They offer a same day delivery service which is charged at a premium - I made 2 bookings yesterday and NEITHER were delivered on the same day! Also, beware - you get a "quote" for your booking on the website but when you get the invoice, it is charged at a higher amount! This higher amount is deducted from your account balance. No answers to either of the items when queried. I am furious!
