Poor Service

Courier guy has been giving me excellent service. Now their service is pathetic. I have a small business now im losing clients because of them. Goods go missing. Boxes are open before getting to my clients. Goods get broken. Trucks get hijacked. I have to constantly call them to get feedback. Boxes get sent to wrong addresses. Boxes are redirected to wrong places. I have been so loyal. Its really heartbreaking
