POOR SERVICE

I bought 2 solar batteries and they were to be delivered to me. Before the delivery, The Courier Guy phoned to enquire whether I had help as the packages were quite heavy. When you have a delivery service, you should equip yourselves to offload these parcels or do not take on such heavy parcels. When the delivery van opened the doors, my 2 packages were lying on it's side, with acid all over the boxes, and the boxes broken, this despite markings all over with "This side up" I took this up with The Courier Guy and the feed back I received was simply that an investigation has been conducted and the parcels were delivered perfectly. This without even consulting me in this matter. I think this really is pathetic service and not taking responsibility for their actions. They are simply absent. Would never recommend The Courier Guy !!!!!
