Poor service

They have such a poor service. My sister couried deep freezer from Cape Town to me in Joburg. When they delivered they ddnt want to offload it to the flat because it is third floor(that is understandable) but now was told the fridge got damaged and I didn't include insurance on my package so there is nothing they can do about it.

I have been trying to call them to tell them to deliver my freezer I have made arrangements with a someone staying on ground floor. I will fix it myself guess what! The consultants will make you wait on the line forever.

They have such a frustrating service and the level of negligence. I will never use them for anything.
