Poor service experience with The Courier guy

Dress that I ordered from Shein was supposed to be delivered by The Courier guy Thursday 30th May 2024 they sent me an email early past 7am confirming that parcel is out for delivery,to my surprise the day ended without parcel at my hand instead I got an email stating they fail to deliver due to client not answering the phone,chat with them on their whatsApp platform and insisted they must give me their address so that I can go collect my dress they didn't respond,I never experience poor service from couriers except The courier guy.i called their landline & their receptionist is very rude just hang up on me while trying to explain what I want,as of now I'm still waiting for my dress that I need to wear for my work year end function
