Poor Service Experience with the courier guy

I am writing to express my extreme disappointment and frustration with the service I have received from [the Courier guy ]. Despite numerous attempts, they have consistently failed to deliver my parcel from Johannesburg to Mokopane, instead sending it to Cape Town on multiple occasions.

The lack of accountability and ineffective communication from their customer service team has been astonishing. Each time I call to report the issue, I am met with a dismissive apology and a vague promise that I will receive my parcel, without any concrete actions being taken to rectify the situation or prevent future errors.

As a business owner who relies heavily on courier services, this level of incompetence is not only infuriating but also detrimental to our operations. The constant delays and mistakes are resulting in significant losses for our company.
