Poor service

Very dissatisfied with their services, I booked a Over Night shipment on 10 Dec 2024 at 05:55am Submitted. The parcel was not collected. Notes added on shipment. pieterse – Tue, 10 Dec 2024 17:17 (an hour ago) Collection rescheduled Please note your Collection was delayed due to as per driver company closed We will attempt another collection within the next 24 hours.

The company was opened at 9am and closed at 5pm. This is ridiculous!
