Poor Service

I am very disappointed and upset. On the 13th March 2025 my parcel was delivered open and a Stanley cup was missing, the courier guy that delivered the item and took pictures as well because he was also surprised why the parcel was open. He communicated with guys while he was with me.

I wrote an email and you have not assisted me all u do is say u will let me know once the investigation is done, I'm the one who is supposed to email u daily, it's now the end of of March and still nothing.
