Poor service

The courier guy polokwane this guys are unrealiable and i will never ever use their services in my life .an item was send from midrand to polokwane on the 17th it arrived in polokwane on the 18 and being a saturday they could not deliver it . I was then told it will be delivered on monday . Monday came and i was home all day nothing came called the warehouse cause on the tracking side it showed that my parcel is out on delivery.they told me the driver said he called me i did not answer which is a lie .its wensday today and i still dont hv my parcel .
