Poor service delivery, or rather none at all...

If you're planning on using The Courier Guy/PUDO... Think twice before sending parcels of value or any at all!

They claim that it's easy and safe to send parcels, unfortunately if THEY lose your parcel they take absolutely no responsibility for the loss that you suffer.

My parcel went missing after THEIR LOCKER DID NOT OPEN with the pin THEY provided and now they refuse to process a claim for it. They won't even refund the shipping fees, as I feel I am not paying for a service not delivered.

AGAIN, THINK TWICE BEFORE USING A SERVICE THAT IS SUPPOSED TO BE HASSLE FREE.

Do I need to add that I am totally appalled by the fact that THEY lose the parcel and I'm the one stuck with the loss.
