Poor service delivery from The Courier Guy

If there was an option to give less than one star, I would have selected it....Absolute poor service delivery from The Courier Guy. My parcel was collected in Wellington and I expected delivery in Beaufort West by Tuesday or Wednesday at the very latest as I needed the item by Wednesday. The item was mistakenly sent past the delivery spot and on to JHB no less....resulting in endless enquiries and emails only to be told they will investigate...Today on day 4, I once again contacted the local kiosk to be told my parcel was there...no communication from their side as they knew how anxious `I was to take delivery. NO compensation offered and just the manageress stating via whatsapp that they were within their transit time. I have used this courier company many many times, but they have certainly lost me as a client.
