Poor service delivery from couriers

Struggling with the services of The Courier Guy. On Wednesday the 6th of March i courier a parcel from Vredendal to Pretoria. According to them ot will only take three(3) days for the parcel to get there. Since today the parcel has not reached the recipient and it is very important application forms and the closing date is tomorrow. I speak with three(3) people at The Courier Guy and according to them they opened tickets with high importance but they could not tell me where my packet are. It cant take a week for a parcel to be delivered but it would take only two days. It is unacceptable for me really and i need assistance.
