Poor Service Delivery (Delayed courier)

I placed an order for a parcel on Wednesday 11 February 2026 , i selected an overnight shipping from Johannesburg to Bloemfontein I kept tracking and on the portal it indicated that the package would be delivered in 1-2 days The package arrived at the destination hub on Friday , the 13th of February 2026 meaning delivery could be delayed and done Monday (16 February 2026) The package is an emergency and I tried to arrange for collection during the weekend that failed because my calls were not taken Today is Monday and almost 6pm the package is still not here I tried calling and emailing and contacting the whatsapp number still no help , although i payed extra for quicker delivery I am revolted by the poor service delivery especially because i cannot get in contact with anyone over the phone
