Poor Service delivery Courier Guy

Endless conmunication with loss of content of package. Problem being passed around company with no one taking responsibility. Basically the say: "anything can happen to a package". Send a hard drive from Upington to De Aar, and package arrived in De Aar with a handbag as content! Strong insinuation from Upington branch that I don't have a valid complaint as the package wss deliverd to the right adress. So frustrating. All I want is for them to re-[imburse me for the hard drive. But no, no one wiil take responsibility.
