Poor service delivery at Courier Guy (Welkom)

The service at Courier Guy Welkom is very very poor!!! Phoned them 6 times to collect a parcel for me in Nigel 16/2/2021. Today the lady asked me when is she going to receive her parcel. I went to them personally, they made me out as a ****, because the cant find anything on the sistem. I showed them on my phone list, that I phoned them 6 times!! I told them the young guy said he is going to the bank and then he will phone me, after an hour I phoned them again. Now they just shake their heads, as if I am mad!!
