Poor service delivery

I regret opening an account with the courier guy

As a new client the past 48 hours have been the worst!! A parcel was collected and 2 days after the courier arrives to collect the same parcel

Another parcel was delivered to the wrong address. Needless to say, I have been placed on hold on 5 occasions with no return to my call and the phone was put down in ny ear twice!!!

Once my account is at zero, I will take my business elsewhere
