Poor service delivery

I am very upset with the level of service received from The Courier Guy in Port Elizabeth. They sent me an sms advising my order was out for delivery that day then about 2 hours later they cancel my delivery of my parcel due to the address. Not a single driver called me to confirm my address as this is standard practice for courier companies. It is Monday and I have still not received any communication regarding my delivery! I am a very unhappy client!
