POOR SERVICE - DELIVER MY PACKAGE

The worst service i have ever experience My package was collected on the 27/05/2020, i paid for the 1 to 2 days delivery, my package is still sitting at the east london facility and not moving instead its been loaded and floor checked for the past 3 days. I paid and i am not gettnig the servise, the east london branch is not even answeing the phone to tell me whats going on , POOR POOR SERVICE : BOOKING NUMBER: TCG***8
