Poor service

I'm so disappointed with this courier

On Friday 17 May 2024 they were supposed to deliver my package that contains frozen food but they never delivered they said they ran out of time so they will deliver on Monday 20 May 2024

Now I'm communicating with an agent from The courier guy company regarding my package and is telling me that they were never told that the package contains food.
