Poor Service - Courrier Guy

Been Waiting for a parcel ,each day they say the parcel will arrive the next and the next.......got there today - it's been Routed to Thohoyandou instead of Tzaneen. How the hell..!!!! And the personnel at Courrier Guy just does not give a ****.!!!
