Poor service courier guy Kuruman

Please don't use courier guy Kuruman te manager has a very ****eyed attitude while listening to your problem problems caused by the courier guy results in to be the customer's problem My wife waits for a package from Upington (MEDICAL SUPPLIES) the delivery was from door to door delivery today she received a message Saying parcel ready for pick up after that I received a email saying there was a delay with the delivery due to the parcel was wrongly sorted at the kiosk the delivery will take place only next week another attempt to deliver we will attempt another delivery with in the next 24 hours if we not received any communication from you regarding your shipment WE WILL return it to the sender After this message I went to the courier guy Kuruman the manager had a very unpleasant attitude when she was called from where she was sitting on the stoep and smoking I ask her why do they want as to pick up a parcel if the delivery is paid for from door to door I insist they must deliver the parcel Then she said it will only happen next week they don't have drivers why must the customer suffer for in house problems at courier guy Kuruman Well with manger with so bad attitude when listening to a problem that at the end results that you as customer start to swear out of frustration it's no wonder the device is k*"¢$
