Poor service Courier guy

Iam disgusted with their service. To date i have been waiting for my parcel. I have been making follow up and no response. I have wasted my airtime calling them everyday. It have been close to 2 week with them having my parcel. Still nothing is happening. Now they asking me to send pictures of my parcels. This is unacceptable service. Poor service i have received.
