Poor service

Very poor service. Got a message around 6:15 that they would deliver my parcel. I did not even go to work so they can find me.. i waited and waited, tracked my parcel almost the entire day...and when i check around 5 boom "the person was not at the delivery address" like whats that. When i call them they tell me they called me and my phone was off ..whn i check the status , it was updated at 16:57 ..and i called at 5:05 . The companies we ordering from need to do something about this courier company aiii shem its not working for us..
