Poor service

I waited for the person to come and collect my parcel from 8 am until 17:36 and no one came.

At around 12pm I did call the support and asked for a person to come and collect since I have been waiting since 8 am and even did not go to work. The male who responded said they will come collect after 2pm but no one came.

To make matters worse, when I call now to find out why no one came they said they called my number and could not reach me. I do not have missed calls or missed whatsapp calls, not even an sms or whatsapp message.

Very frustrated by poor service. I want my refund and will not use this service again.
