Poor service by The Courier Guy

After waiting 12 days for a shipment to be delivered to me and numerous attempts to call them I was told that their vehicle with my parcel loaded in it, was hijacked. They did not inform me about it. I was then told to contact the company who shipped the parcel to me, myself to inform them about the situation.
